Hi Darrel, I just wanted to to tell you how much we have enjoyed our Garmin 2720 that we bought from you. We've just returned from a month's trip covering 6000 miles .... guided by our Miss 2720 (we call her Becky) all the way. We had used it extensively here in Southern California but this was our first usage on a long trip. This trip took us from So Calif up to Yellowstone in Montana and then on to Regina, Sask, Canada. We were amazed in Yellowstone that the system knew every road, nook and cranny in the Park. In Canada it then took us to Prince Albert (way up north) and once again everything was 'findable'. When we got to Banff we were amazed. There was a lake we wanted to find but we couldn't locate it on maps. We input the name and 2720 found it. I was amazed when the voice took us down the highway and at a point said, "in 3 tenths of a mile turn right on unpaved road." With trepidation we did it and it took us 3 or 4 miles right to our destination. It even told us to make a U turn since there was no other way out. We covered the rest of western Canada and then back into the States and eventually home. Thanks to the GPS this was the least stressful driving trip we have taken, and we normally go twice a year, 5 or 6 thousand miles each time. It's wonderful not to have to watch highway off ramps or look for street names in the dark etc. A great system. I've referrred a couple of people to you and they've bought the same system.... I'll continue to do that. This is really just to say thanks for selling us a great product and also for the assistance you gave me with the defective power cord. Thanks again, SS
