Return and Defective Policy
All returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days after you receive the package. We can only accept returns if everything including all packaging material (the box the GPS or accessory came in and it's contents, not the shipping box) is returned to us in the same condition that you received it. If it is received back in that condition we will credit you the purchase amount less a 10% return fee and either the actual shipping charges we paid or what we charged you whichever is greater. Returned merchandise that was offered with free shipping will be charged for the shipping charges. 5% (half) of the 10% return fee will be applied as a credit to your account to be used on any future GPS purchases. This credit can NOT be applied to accessory purchases. S/h is not refundable. If the merchandise is returned for exchange of another unit of equal or more value we will give full merchandise credit. There is a $20.00 exchange fee. If the merchandise is returned to us and doesn't meet our return requirements the customer will be responsible for s/h charges to return the product to you. Opened software is NOT returnable. If there has been a price reduction on a product that is returned to us you will be given credit based on the new price. Before returning merchandise you must contact us to get an RMA number. After you receive the RMA # it must appear on the outside of the shipping box near the shipping label. Merchandise returned without an RMA# on the outside of the shipping box will be refused.
Aviation GPS's are not returnable for credit. Defective exchange only.

Defective Policy:
We have found that there are very few defective Garmin products but unfortunately it does happen. We will send you a pre-paid UPS Ground return label to Garmin for repair/replacement to return any defective product for 10 days after you receive it . After that time we ask that you contact Garmin directly for warranty information or you may contact us and we'll get the RMA number for you but you will be responsible for shipping the product to Garmin for repair/replacement. Defective items returned to us for a refund will fall under the Return Policy and will be subject to the return fees listed under the Return Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy and you have already placed your order call us immediately at 785-625-3546 to cancel your order. This must be done prior to the shipping of your order. Once we ship your order you have agreed to the terms of this policy.
